Hey babes, so we're living through a bit of a crazy time right now. We want to try and do as much as we can to help you out, stay positive and connected to each other and we know that it's in these times when anxiety can really flare up.
As you know we love the positive power of meditation, it has been scientifically proven to work! We've put together some of our favourite free meditations that will help with your anxiety, these are for anyone who is struggling with their mindset, anxiety or staying positive and present. Love the variety Hay House offers in their meditations, alongside anxiety meditations they also have a lot variety and different people doing them too, it's a great one to explore and find a style you like. They also do a Hey House Podcast too if you like them and want more!
Waking Up - Sam Harris App
You can access quite a few of the meditations for free, but you do have to pay if you want everything, for us the free version has worked out fine! We have listened to the same ones repeatedly and for us, they seem to work better as you know what's coming! Sam's meditations are short and to the point, great first thing in the morning!

One of our faves on this one is the walking meditation, its a really great one if you are feeling stressed, anxious and struggling to stay present, it gets you out walking too. Defo a brill meditation for anxiety!
They also have a recent one, Belly Breathing for Anxiety, guided meditation which we'd also really recommend.
As we believe in having fun, getting sweaty and growing, we've put together a list of our top '7 Self Growth Books to Read This Year' We're really into self development and these are our faves to date!
Would say this one is a little more 'out there' but we have found them to be really good if you embrace it! They have just released a short 'Three-part breath' meditation to help with anxiety.
Tracks To Relax - Guided Sleep Meditations
Great if you are struggling to get to sleep, they really do work! Longer form than the above meditations and defo great if you are struggling to switch off your brain or your anxiety starts to build as you try to fall asleep. This is one of our fave longer form relaxation meditations, we have also used these a lot when flying long haul as they help you relax both your body and mind and really zone out. It's literally the only way we can sleep on a plane!
