The Best Protein Pancake Recipe
Watch Me and Kat Horrcocks make these amazing high protein, dairy and gluten free pancakes!
They are healthy, high protein and super tasty!
Ingredients:
125g Almond Flour ( I used blanched ground almonds and milled them finer in my Nutri Bullet)
3 large eggs
1 Tbsp of water
2 Tbsp of honey (or agave syrup)
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt
